For chapters 6, 8, and 9, you will be in groups to present a seminar-style discussion/information session. You and your group members (3-4 people) will be the authorities on your chosen chapter; you will inform and enlighten the class on its key points, including:
- character development
- theme development
- symbolism
- structural elements (narration, flashbacks, chronology, etc.)
- any other elements you find important
- questions to pose to the class to inspire discussion/debate on key points
NOTE: you should - of course - refer to specific quotations that are crucial to your understanding of the above elements. There is no minimum/maximum number of quotations to include, and they can be of varying lengths.
